The Brockmill Farmhouse in Berwick Upon Tweed is beautifully located near Holy Isle/Lindisfarne, offering a stunning and wonderful setting. Another highlight of our stay was the fact that the property was well situated for visiting nearby attractions like Holy Island, Bamburgh castle and more. it was a nice getaway that offered a peaceful and relaxing rural experience.

The place did have some drawbacks, one of which was that the decor was slightly outdated. Also, there was no en-suite bathroom, but only a shared one that wasn't explicitly mentioned in the advertisement. Another downside was that the property was quite far from the local towns, pubs or restaurants, so we ended up taking a long walk to go to the only options at hand. However, if you have a car, this wouldn't be an issue.
